The twin bedroom villa SeaSide proves to be a good home stay experience so close to Cochin, yet far away from the busy, growing city. Set in an area of more than half an acre with the beach sand and plenty of coconut trees swaying in the sea breeze it gives you the typical Kerala coastal atmosphere and the perfect setting to simply unwind and relax. The constant lashing of the waves on the wall is extremely soothing and exudes a certain calmness to the whole area. Whilst we have adhered to supply you with all the modern amenities and facilities we have tried to maintain its simplicity. Staying at the SeaSide gives you the advantage of having your bedrooms like a normal stay plus unrestricted access to the rest of the house i.e., the front hall, dining room, your own pantry, kitchen etc.

Basic Amenities provided are:

• Air Conditioner for the main bedroom. The feel of the place is from the wind & the sea, thus we suggest you enjoy the breeze and use A/C only when really hot. Both bedrooms are with attached bathrooms/toilets.

• Both bathrooms are fitted with the geyser for hot water supply.

• Refrigerator, Washing machine provided in Kitchen.

• Kettle, Coffeemaker and Toaster in pantry.

• Traditional Syrian Christian Kerala food will be provided upon prior request to give you a taste of the rich traditions of Kerala. Any preferences or restrictions to diet are to be mentioned at the time of booking itself.
